We ate out this evening. Good old Toby Carvery! The ever faithful default!

I ran this morning. That has to be recorded as it’s been about four weeks since I last did so. No official park run in Norman Park but I enjoyed the familiar and there was no battling with other runners. Great body, and mind time. Mine anyway.

Jobs for both of us for the rest of the day and progress has been made on the post boiler tasks.

Still waiting to hear if Valerie is nausea-free. Something she’s been plagued with after her last treatments. We plan a very restful few days together this coming week. Our accommodation has an indoor swimming pool… and we have our books.
