Glasgow in the sunshine

A trip through to Glasgow to see a couple of bands from my teenage years (Pop Will Eat Itself supported by Kingmaker).

We went through early for pre-gig food and drinks, and as it was a lovely sunny day strolled through the city from Queen Street Station to Merchant City and onto St Luke’s by the Barras.

Despite dancing during the gig, we even managed to walk back to the station afterwards.

Fun fact : I realised on Thursday, that last time I tried to walk from St Luke’s to the station after a gig that I finally got a taxi at ridiculously short distance from the station (but also if I hadn’t done so I’d have ended up slightly lost and nowhere near the station!)
