Creek is high

We made the drive to Creston, North Carolina to spend the weekend with #1 son

A big rain just before we arrived but it stopped long enough for a walk before we ate. The yard has lots of standing water which keeps everything green for sure. Much cooler than at home.

Tate has a drum kit now so he was trying to teach Jerry how to get a rhythm going! The man has no musical bones at all which is totally weird since both my sons play several instruments.

The mountains are my happy place!
