After a mishap* in the night I didn’t venture far today. This morning I drove to Tesco for some essentials (and a bottle of wine) and in the afternoon I pottered in the garden for a while.

After a few bad shots with the camera set up from recent days I changed to the macro lens and headed to the dandelions that had escaped the mower.

* Around 1 o’clock I went to the bathroom. On the way out I kicked the door frame with my right foot, stumbled forward, tried to stop myself with the rail along the landing but ended up on the floor. I got up ok and back to bed. The foot is tender but I’m sure there’s nothing broken.
