A slow start. Washed my hair and had everything out of 2 freezer drawers looking for the chicken to put in my stir fry tonight (it wasn’t there). I’d intended to walk down to the shops for a few things so added it to the list.

The walk turned into a drive and after parking the car spotted all these splashes of yellow and thought they might make a good blip.

Back home I finished off the outside jobs and put tools away before the rain that’s due later in the day.

Still dry at 2 o’clock so I walked to the garden centre. Found some slate chippings that are close enough to the colour of those that are down. Will need to go back with the car and find a member of staff who can lift them for me.
