Production line

One of our jobs on the island was to help in the cafe, preparing a brunch for those involved in the rowing race across from the mainland.

We set up a highly efficient production line. This is Thomasina and Sacha on sausage duty. I was front of house (more presentable obviously).

Customers were amused at how we referred to the orders - 'Linda' for anyone wanting a veggie sausage, after Linda McCartney.
