Gwnaethon ni gymryd rhan mewn ‘Kidical Mass’ arall - yn seiclo o gwmpas y dre. Y bwriad yw amlygu'r angen i seiclo yn ddiogel unrhyw le - i'r gwaith, i'r ysgol, ayyb. Rydw i'n meddwl bod pethau yn gwella - yn araf - yng Nghaerdydd ond rhaid i ni gadw pwysau ar ein cyngor. Mae'r manteision yn fawr iawn o ran iechyd a lles pobl a’r blaned. Hyn yn oed am bobl sy angen gyrru. Pan fydd beic yn cymryd lle car ar y ffordd, mae mwy o le i bawb.

Roedd e'n dda iawn i weld Zoe (4) a Sam (6) yn seiclo, yn hyderus, yn y grŵp.  Mae gobaith am y genhedlaeth nesaf i drawsnewid y byd.

We took part in another 'Kidical Mass' - cycling around the town. The intention is to highlight the need to cycle safely anywhere - to work, to school, etc. I think things are improving - slowly - in Cardiff but we must keep pressure on our council. The benefits are very great in terms of the health and well-being of people and the planet. Even for people who need to drive. When a bicycle replaces a car on the road, there is more space for everyone.

It was very good to see Zoe (4) and Sam (6) cycling, confidently, in the group. There is hope for the next generation to transform the world.
