Stroopwaffles

You can actually blame the Canadians for this.  

The Rower and I are great fans of the Great Canadian Baking Show, and we have just seen the series from 2019. One of the challenges was to bake stroopwaffles.

It took me mere moments to google them, and discover that you can buy them from our local supermarket.  So we did. (We have a substantial Dutch population in South Australia)

Now I am awaiting a stroopwaffle iron so I can make my own.

The Canadians have a lot to answer for is all I can say.
