Green eggs and ham

I had some spinach and egg mixture left over from making a quiche. I thought it might be nice in some scrambled eggs….and it was rather good! I have just invented green eggs and ham!
We took Misty to Howe Ridding again for the butterflies, but in spite of a lovely afternoon there were sadly few, and no sign at all of the pearl bordered fritillaries. They are three weeks overdue so this is looking serious. I will try again next week.
And just time for the beehives too, they are all doing well and I have attempted making a nucleus from my new bees, as they are very gentle. I hope it will produce a new gentle queen!
