Life on the Good Intent

AnnieBScotland.

Visited Annie this evening and I am so happy to report, that there is a huge improvement since last week. Annie is up out of bed and her speech is much easier to understand (and it seems easier to get her words out too). Annie's brother Alan was there with John, they had had a nice day out on the Union Canal on a friend's steamboat.
The major exciting news is that it will be Annie's 365 blip next Sunday (June 2nd) and the hospital have agreed that we can have a small blip meet in celebration in the day ward between 3-4 in the afternoon.
Numbers will be restricted unfortunately as it is an acute ward so it may be a bit of first come etc.
if you would like to come along please contact me on amsproul@yahoo.com or Annie directly by email.
Final numbers by Thursday as I suspect we will have to do some negotiating with the ward head.
Annie is going to get some wifi access soon, so her daughter Katie is going to help her uploading her back blips. Keep a look out!
For anyone who would like to visit Annie, the afternoon 3-4 slot is quieter.
