Any Ideas What This Is?

What a beautiful day today.

I started my day with a bootcamp session. It was team work. I don't think I helped the team much! We had tractor tyres to pull with people sitting in them. We won that one. Then we had to flip the tyre 100mts, we lost that one. Then we had to carry it 400mts and back then do 25 push ups with it, we lost that one. We were punished by having to give the opposite team a piggy back and then do squats with them on our back...that killed me.

Spent the rest of the day in the garden pulling weeds. I've been stung so many times by the nettles.

A friend turned up with some flowers or me. I have blipped this one as I've never seen one before. I really liked it. The rest of the flowers were beautiful as well. I wasn't expecting those, but it was very nice to receive them.

Off o London for the 10k race tomorrow. I'll be cheering everyone on!
