Started with BP then home for quick shower before F arrived for coffee.  She is a real sweetie and I have got closer to her over the last few months.  She has been a support and her medical knowledge has been helpful.  We walked round the garden and I gave her a few plants (including one called Laura which I bought at the garden centre).  

No.1 was not feeling great and slept most of the morning after a difficult night but she perked up and we had a drive out to Ightham Mote.  The sun was out and we had a lovely walk around the grounds and also saw the house and an interesting exhibition.   It was called Lost Words and detailed in word and pictures the loss of words from the vocabulary of young people who are more likely to recognise the names of pokemon characters and words such as broadband and chatroom rather than bramble and conker?

We decided on an early dinner out rather than going home to cook so had dinner 'out, out' in Maidstone!  Healthy salad bowl and non alcoholic gin but what has happened to prices £££.   Madness - thank you inflation :(
