Coronation weekend

Not much doing in Linton, but the neighbouring village Hadstock is really going to town.  Here is a sign on the village green made by Sonia Villiers, fabulous local artist and where I was this morning for my Art Class.

The sky in the picture is indicative of what a strange day it's been weather-wise.  Alternate sunshine and showers and then a fierce hailstorm and rolls of thunder continuing into the evening.

A fellow blipper and friend Pensionspoet has gone down to London to stay overnight on the route of the coronation of the King to get a good view.  I'm excited for her, but plan to be watching it on the telly in the morning.
