Not quite there yet...

A proper yomp today - confirmed as 11 miles - including up this hill with the sea almost on the other side. This shot presented itself in the distance and could not be resisted. We carried on past them and went down to the sea at Crook Ness with a lovely view to Scarborough Castle on the headland but no way were we paddling because the beach was far from achieving a blue flag. On our way back these two gentlemen were setting off back to the village and we decided that it was something that they probably did every Sunday afternoon not just on a beautiful bank holiday. Such a lovely day even if I do think I might need one of these myself tomorrow ...
