An Lochan Uaine

This morning we took the funicular railway up Cairn Gorm.  The views were spectacular.  The weather has been lovely today and this afternoon Mark and I walked to Lochan Uaine (The Green Loch) which as you can see really is green.  Apparently the green colour is as a result of a combination of the reflection of the trees and algae in the water.  I prefer the legend which says the colour is as a result of pixies washing their clothes in the water.  We are back home now
