oh dear, I'm not well. By bedtime last night I knew it was coming and, after a sleepless night, oh boy has it. Name a cold flu symptom and I've got it.  Managed to haul myself in to the garden with the woofer a couple of times, but otherwise spent all day horizontal, napping and generally feeling yuck.
