2023 Sunday — Wildflowers

We had never been to the Cambria Wildflower Show, so Mr. Fun & I did not know what to expect. We had no idea there were so many varieties of wildflowers.

We were surprised by the many purple flowers and very surprised that one flower, Hemlock, which looks a lot like Queen Anne’s Lace, is deadly poisonous, and one friend said, “Hence, the Hemlock Society.”

I have an entirely new respect for wildflowers, and I should be embarrassed to reveal that I have thought of them mostly as weeds . . . not any longer.
