Cooking "Ozzie Style"

We took a ride out today and finished up near the river, we took a picnic, soup and chicken sandwiches, cheese and biscuits and fruit, so no cooking there! Except i did COOK the chicken piece for the rolls this morning.
What we saw at "Canning River Regional Park" were people still enjoying the Autumn sunshine and the warmth of the day a beautiful 23c and a nice cool breeze, there were families and groups of friends enjoying a good old Ozzie BBQ, this guy was really enjoying himself with his steaks and snags, he was very methodical, maybe he was a chef? He certainly went all out to feed all those people under the gazebo! He was still " COOKING" when we left!
