After a morning indoors* I drove to Grasmere. I wandered via the garden centre, church and gingerbread shop but didn’t get a photo I was happy with. I’ve made a collage with a few later shots from around the village that were ok.

* I repaired the kitchen clock . . . the minute hand fell off overnight! I was also tracking a parcel which at 9am showed as being at the Yodel depot. Mid morning I picked up an email from the eldest forwarding the out for delivery email he’d received. I also spent a lot of time researching rucksacks and holdalls.
