A Purple Finch and a Song Sparrow

It is unusual for these two to spend so much time together on the feeder but they were on opposite sides so didn't bother with each other.  They would, occasionally, peer around to see what the other was up to.  A grey morning but at least the rain has stopped for now.  The last little patch of frozen snow behind the house disappeared yesterday.  Looks like a lot more rainy days are predicted over the next week.  April showers may bring May flowers but they are playing havoc with my daffodils!
