Variations on a Theme

I have been making these small house forms lately.  The smallest is about 4 inches, the largest about 7 inches.  I call them 3-dimensional collages but mixed media assemblages works too.  John has been kept busy cutting up small pieces of leftover wood from years of house projects, now transformed into these.  Some have grandpa's keys, some vintage buttons.   It is a challenge to come up with a new variation each time.  Studio time will be decreasing soon as I start organizing for my trip to Scotland.
