My partners and I arrived to deliver a three-day development workshop, a key part of a ten-month development journey for thirty-two of our client’s potential senior directors of the future, which includes eight in-company projects designed to bring real break through in the company’s approach to things. It’s the third year we’ve done it but the first post-pandemic, so we can actually deliver part face to face. They’ve brought people in from the US and the Far East to join their Europe-based colleges. They are young and energetic and we hope to match them with our content and delivery style!
