Color Vibe

Today, my 2 daughters Gail, and Sandy, and my (other daughter) Mandy, ran in a 5K road race called "Color Vibe" Eveyone is suppose to wear white, and as they run, they are covered with powdered color. It was a pretty amazing sight! Almost 10,000 runners, in the pouring rain, and not much above 40 degrees, with wind!
A portion of the money raised from this race goes toward several charities.

Not being a runner myelf, I couldn't believe all these people would endure the elements to do something they love! ( Although, I was enduring the elements doing something I love-photography!) I was almost as wet and cold as they were.

I congratulate all those who participated, really a great event!
