The Clutch

An early morning and a long day of travel and now I’m home. I took a quick survey of the garden and stuck my phone in the bluebird box to see how many eggs she finally laid. Five perfect little blue eggs. I will have to back into the math, but I think they will hatch before I leave for Costa Rica.

Hubs and Jax picked me up at Newark. Jax greeted me with massive wiggles and kisses; hubs showed a little more restraint. I feel sad to have left my parents but also glad to be home. Bittersweet.

Plain dark I think.
