Back Blip - Charles and Camilla!

A quick Back Blip. A day of intense fibro agony. Had planned to go with a friend to a local music gig but my pain made it impossible. Thankfully, as she is a fellow spoonie, she understood. 

I was absolutely gutted not to be able to attend but I hit peak exhaustion and spasm level pain and made the sensible choice of listening to my body - for once! The damp, wet weather didn’t help matters. Lots of brilliant videos and photos online to console me until I can get along to something else in the future.

I’m getting better at pacing. Stayed home the rest of the weekend other than to pick up a few things I needed at the supermarket.

Today’s main Blip is of something that made me laugh a lot and the extra is of something that made me smile! :) Who would pay nine quid for one of those? Unreal! Coronation gnomes… xx
