Carp

I went into the village to get some mussels for lunch and dab and squid for dinner. The villagers continue to complain about the weather but I smile, telling them that a temperature of 18 degrees and strong sunshine has to be considered pleasant. However, the mornings are chilly and the local paper has announced the reopening of the Porté Puymorens ski station. That is weird at the end of May. There is still plenty of snow on Canigou to blip but I chose a photo of this Koi carp in the park lake. I liked the play of light through the water.
