It's not been my day. 
I'm grumpy and in pain. 
I have dropped a whole mug of tea on my carpet and spilt hot water over myself. 
I also didn't receive the UK alert text trial this afternoon. 
Also thinking about tomorrow's hospital appointment and feeling quite anxious about it.
