And another one.

Another Succulent bought last week at the Royal Horticultural Society Garden.

This is Lithops Pleiospilos nelii. Its common name is Split Rock.

 Grows in semi arid areas of the Karoo in South Africa.
As you can see it resembles split pebbles. It is thought that this was an evolutionary way of deterring grazing animals.
It does have quite large flowers which I am hoping to see.
It has an RHS Certificate of Garden Merit.

I am really enjoying putting this little collection  together.
