Just a few metres from the kitchen door and laden with navel oranges ready for eating and morning juicing.
When junior lived here, his job on winter mornings was to collect a couple of oranges and juice them on the whizzy dizzy electric juicer.
The thrill was more in the juicing than the oj with his morning cereal or croissant!

This year, a ruby grapefruit and Tahitian lime tree are generously fruiting for the first time after planting a couple of years ago, so there will be the occasional citrus cocktail for breakfast....if the parrots don't get there first!
