Wet,wet, wet, once more.
But the Rowan tree is coming into leaf, and the ancient Apple tree is going to blossom once more.
The apple tree by the summerhouse was here when we moved here 42 years ago. The garden was then all lawn. I know every single inch of it.
I planted the semi circular box hedge myself. They were only tiny bushes then, round the stone patio circle which we had laid.
So over the years it has changed bit by bit until today.
I am going to the Garden Centre this morning to buy some wild flower seed packets for a space which Stephen has cleared to the left of the summerhouse.
Time to move.
Good job I got the washing done yesterday!
