Getting along
Well mostly. The animals are very comfortable with each other and with us. This is the last little gray/silver Guinea hen we have. She is getting old. I love her. Frank is very patient, or maybe too old to bother any more! Ha! I know the feeling. It’s just easier to live and let live. :—)
I potted up some house plants today. So good to finally do that!
I had a funny/strange encounter today. I bought several pots for my plants and was about to check out when this beautiful little 20 something girl bounded up to me. She enthusiastically asked” Oh! Do you know about plants??” I laughed and said , a little. I told her I was potting up house plants. She launched into how much she wants to learn about plants! Apparently she moved to the south from California about a year ago. She was adorable. While she was talking, another woman came up and asked where I got my pots. The girl cackled and said: This would never happen in CA! We exchanged numbers. I told her I will share what little I know! :—)
I’ve got a pretty good sense of people and I feel she has not made good connections down here yet. I may pot her some mint and take her to breakfast one morning.
Be blessed!
