Tulips on the back step

Another day in the office. I'm writing this three days later, so I can't remember much about it. At the referrals meeting there was only one new referral (but we'd had a meeting the previous Thursday) so I helped my colleague with a spreadsheet instead.

Did not go to the other surgery because I had a bad back and I always have to hotdesk there. I moved a desk into our cell of an office, so that I now have a desk of my own. It's taken me several months to realise that I could do this. I've been wearing a back brace that makes me very hot and sweaty, and has so much velcro on it that our cat is terrified of the sound of my taking it off. Despite these obvious shortcomings, it's helping me straighten up and keeping me able to stay seated.

Came home and talked holidays by WhatsApp with my friend H. We are going to Madeira in a few weeks' time. Got excited all over again, just thinking of the walking I'll do.
Also made our own version of a tortilla Espanola for supper.
