Brownie and Blue Ice Cream

You don't see much mint ice cream in Thailand. So although this scoop was a bit bluish, I gave it a try anyway. I wasn't let down.

It was already melting by the time it got to our table, but that was all the more reason to jump right on into the taste testing. :)
