Another rainy day. Met up with Tara and went to the Musée de Montmatre which had an exhibition about le chat noir. I now know that it was a theatre but not sure it was worth 6 euros. I'm clearly too used to museums being free. We then headed to a café for a few hours and I had a bowl of hot chocolate. I felt very French. Mairead joined us and showed us a cupcake shop which had very tasty cupcakes before we headed to St Michel and wandered round Shakespeare & Co. Unfortunately the Seine is flooded so our attempt to walk along the banks failed as the path disappeared under the water.
