Cave Canem

A short week at work this week.

After taking Tuesday off to go to the Chelsea Flower Show, Clare and I booked another day off today to meet Clare's sister, Sarah, for lunch. Sarah lives in the remote wilds of Scotland so we don't get to see her very often.

This week Sarah's been in London but sadly she had to cancel lunch at the last minute today so we were left with time on our hands.

We compensated by another visit to the British Museum, this time to the Pompeii and Herculaneum exhibition. Terrific exhibits though very crowded in places. I loved this mosaic of a dog with his bright red collar and lead.
