Newby Bridge Boathouse

A couple of phone conversations yesterday have made me rather grumpy and that has spilled over to today.  Santana has departed for a few days to enjoy the Tank Museum with his lovely son (this was prearranged and not a as a result of my mood!)  So, I am home working through my grumpiness.  It will lift.

Popped down to Newby Bridge to scout out the newly opened  West Windermere Way.  It is the stage that connects Newby Bridge to Lakeside.  It will be good to walk with the grandchildren when they next visit.

Coffee at the Swan Hotel helped restore mood.
