Not today

Originally No.1 would have been getting married today, however they made the decision to postpone and will now get married in September.

They went away for the weekend instead and the weather improved gradually during the day although if it had gone ahead as planned the event would have been indoors as the weather started wet and the grass was soaking.  I kept thinking during the day about all the 'what would we be doing now' but know it was the right decision to postpone.

My day was all gardening - OH took my car to golf as his car needed a new tyre and he didn't want to risk puncture.  I was a bit miffed to be carless but actually enjoyed gardening all day, potting up plants we had bought and more weeding.  I was listening to a really interesting podcast called 'A very British Cult', fascinating stuff and amazing how some people get pulled in and part with huge sums of money.

Last day of third round of chemo, so more onwards and upwards.
