Hauptbahnhof

I got up earlier than usual on a Saturday, to drive to the Hauptbahnhof (main station) and pick up my mother’s carer E from her bus. 

It’s good to have her back after the month with G, who didn’t like living in the countryside, didn’t get on with my mum, couldn’t cook vegetarian food, and on top of it all had to cope with my mother being ill with Covid. She was very relieved to go home today.

The blue sky doesn’t show how cold this morning was, with only 3°C - and it didn’t last long. When I went for a walk around lunchtime, it was cloudy and soon started to rain again.
