Chocolate & Coffee Cafe

Met up with middle son K today, he came over from Congleton to go with me to view a show house on another Barratt site in Clitheroe. This is one of two styles of houses I have to choose from to determine which plot I actually commit to.

An absolute waste of time, the site office was closed, the other builders site manager was referenced to deal with queries, she was very unhelpful, too busy to take me ip there, had appts all day…… no one there though (!) I even asked if I could borrow the keys for 5 mins as I only wanted to refresh my memory, having viewed it last May, but she wasnt prepared to do that either…… a wasted 4 hours, 100 mile round trip not to mention fuel !!

On a positive note I had a nice 4 hours with K, a lovely coffee & lunch in the most delightful little cafe and believe it or not we both resisted the cakes and chocolates, yes, really lol :-D

Ive calmed down now, but I was so cross earlier, hate wasting time like that
