Day Out

To Alloa, Clackmannanshire. A walk around Gartmorn  Reservoir It was very muddy.

On to Muircott Farm shop for lunch and to buy some quality fayre. Lunch was a magnificent inch thick smoked salmon sandwich and a bowl of soup..

Of Alloa? Well if you are an aficionado of roundabouts and speed bumps then this is definitely the place for you. Mad for them they are.

It rained later.

In other news....car passed the MoT yesterday but had three advisories, all tyres. Road legal, plenty tread but advised they are past their best. Fair enough £70 a tyre, not going to break the bank. Mrs FP mentioned this to a pal. Lo and behold she recently had an MoT and yes, three tyre advisories from the same dealership for tyres past their best. Now a remarkable co-incidence or do I smell something fishy?
