Bella
Bella was walking her owner down at the marine park tonight where my best blip buddy Mary Jo and I took a big bag of bread and the cameras to see what we could come up with. We both got some nice gull pictures and while we were tossing bread around to bait them into doing something blippable, a lady named Barbara walked by with sweet little Bella (short for Isabella). Even though I was torn with posting yet another gull picture, I couldn't resist this sweet little face -- I mean, who could?
Snuffy Report:
Snuffy made the trip to Seattle without any fuss at all. A few strange noises came out of him at the very beginning but the rest of the 75 mile trip was peaceful. I got momentarrily lost in Seattle and panicked for a few minutes but finally calmed down and found the kitty hospital which turned out to be so ovbious it was embarrassing. In my defense, the street numbers on Aurora Avenue really don't make sense, and that's all I have to say about that. The doctor said Snuffy was the perfect candidate for the radiation treatment and his prognosis is excellent. They were going to give him a little dash of vallium to help him stay calm in unfamiliar surroundings. He can come home when he no longer registers on a geiger counter.
It's really sad to be sitting here at my desk without Snuffy lying right in the middle of everything. I miss him and he hasn't even been gone a day. Thank all of you who have wished him well -- I know he would be pleased to know you were thinking of him.
