New paint

The plan for Lancashire is for all residential areas to become 20 mph zones.

The latest effort on this road is to add paint to the road.

It appears there was only a budget to put the 20 mph areas in - there was no budget for enforcement.

In other news day 2 of the first aid course is done. One to do then a week off.
