Ready..

…for today’s run. I didn’t know anyone else among the 500 plus runners and it felt a bit odd. Lily is on holiday and Les was with family today, but along the route there’s always chat and encouragement, either from other runners or the marshalls. The walk home in glorious sunshine was wonderful and leisurely.

Followed by shopping and preparation for tomorrow and our guests. Dinner out to our friend Bob. A lovely meal.
