Strawberry bed

What a glorious day it has been! We have been out in the garden all day. I planted the potatoes and have left fleece over them as it’s rather heavy cold soil at the moment.
I have got some more seeds sown but these will be in the house until germinated.

I have kept the raised bed covered with fleece since it was filled. The strawberry plants are coming on very well and some of them have flower buds already. I am optimistic!

There was time for a look in the beehives too, and they are really full of bees and needing room to expand already so that’s promising..

Not a bad day!
