The Churches Together Cross.

Easter Saturday.

We are blessed with another warm sunny blue skied day, 9c and just perfect. We have been for a long walk. We strolled around the park and woodland and looked across the reservoir where there were Canada geese and three young swans from last year. The birds were singing and I noticed a robin, blackbird, magpies and a blue tit, among others.
We have found a lovely house that is on sale not far from us, that we are interesting in viewing, so we have made an appointment to see it Tuesday morning. It has all the things we want, so fingers crossed.

On our way home we passed this old Cross which was positioned on The Esplanade in Rishton. The Stelatta magnolia beside it is flowering beautifully.
