Long walk, lots of cake

Another day's walk along the Dales Way.  Usually I get dropped off by Andy and find my way home, but this time I walked from home to Sedbergh (about 25km) with precision timing to arrive at the home of one of his fellow mountain bike riders who's wife welcomed us with copious tea and cake.  A quiet walk and a much more interesting route than I was expecting.  This is Lowgill Viaduct just before a delightful stretch southwards along the River Lune.
