Not lost

A bit of a chilly day for us indoors, despite the sunshine outside, because we had quite a few windows left wide open all day while the window frame painting continues.

It’s been something of a bitty day, with not much getting done, but we had an impromptu visit this morning from Son #2 and he stayed for a sandwich lunch with us, so that was lovely. 

I thought I had lost all my snakes head fritillaries, but was delighted to find this clump in amongst the muscari when I had a stroll around the back garden this afternoon.
