To the coast

A two-car trip, west of Athens, to the small seaside town of Melissi. We're all here till Friday. With us came Ginger, Yannis and Liana's rescue dog. She's a Greek Shepherd dog, and she's enormous. She is the proverbial gentle giant. I don't think she liked the motorway experience any more than I did.
In the afternoon we went for a long walk around the hillside behind the house. It's full of olive groves, almond trees, lemon trees, small vineyards and apricot orchards. So peaceful. I've been here once before, in August 2018. Then, it was hot and dry, of course; now, there are spring flowers and fruit blossom everywhere. Once again, the good images are in the camera... there will be backblips...
