On the River (Widwed050423)

We were in Stratford this morning for Gill to have her eyes tested and sort out replacements for a pair of glasses which had broken.  Not a cheap visit, but at £70 less than I had estimated, not too painful.

I had a look along the river thinking I might get a blip, although the rain arrived earlier than forecast so the best I could find was this group of girls involved in a rowing club coaching session.   At least the weeping trees on the bank fit the theme of nature for Wide Wednesday.

I did think of calling this messing about on the river but they were taking it seriously despite the drizzle.
