Bad day/ back blip!

After good day yesterday, an unexpected and very badly timed bad day today :( :(.
My daughter became un well last night, we sought advice from 111 service and after about 2 hours, we were advised to phone 999 as which we did and after a further 3.5 hours had call from doctor who advised a scan was needed and an ambulance was called to take her to hospital. After a further3 hours or so she was taken to hospital. By this time it was about 11:00 pm, a further wait to be ‘off loaded’ (I hate that term :( ) into A&E. A sleepless night ( I came home) for her. I sent an explanatory letter to support her as when v tired she can find it difficult to give her history etc. Paramedics were aware that her legs were b weak and that she couldn’t weight bare/ transfer etc. However when she asked a Health Care Assistant for support on the trolley he insisted that she tried to stand, she protested but he was insistent , she tried, her legs gave way and she ended up on the floor. She requested they used a hoist or similar to assist her up, they refused and she was ‘manhandled’ back to trolley which had caused her further pain. The only good news is that no emergency treatment is needed. I could go on but it is all so horrific :( . She arrived back home utterly exhausted at 10:00 am. She remains unwell. She found the staff to be wholly un empathetic in every way :( :(
All awful for her and ‘bad timing’ ( never s ‘good time’ but the following day I was off to Cornwall with husband, son and Grandson!
